O.penVAPE is committed to providing exceptional products. We offer a Lifetime Warranty/Exchange Program for our O.penVAPE, go.pen & go.pen Plus products. However, before sending your item back, please take a look at this VIDEO for some common tips & tricks for troubleshooting issues with your pen.
Here’s how the Lifetime Warranty/Exchange Program works:
If your O.penVAPE stops working for any reason—storm, earthquake, zombies, whatever—return it to your shop for a brand new replacement.
Keep in mind that you will need to bring your broken O.penVAPE and all its accessories to your local shop to have it replaced. If you lose it, we can’t replace it free of charge. Additional details below:
1. All of our batteries come with a lifetime warranty that can be used on all defective or damaged units.
2. If you ordered the wrong item or were sent the wrong item, please contact CS. With the return of the item you received we will send out the correct item. You will receive a paid return postage slip only if the item was bought from us directly.
3. If you are buying an O.penVAPE battery please note these are 5-10 thread batteries but are not compatible with all cartridges. Please check with your retailer to see if the cartridge you intend to use with our battery will or will not work, we do not guarantee they will work unless using an O.penVAPE or Bakked cartridge of ours.
4. If wanting to return a battery that has not been used at all for whatever reason, we will issue a full refund except for the postage for the battery to be sent to us. If we ship you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged in the mail, please get in touch and we will gladly send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us at no cost to you. Once we receive back we will send you a new one free of charge.
5. If wanting to return a battery that does not work with your cartridges, we will issue refunds on a single customer basis and do not guarantee a refund will be issued for your battery. Please keep all original packaging and pieces in tact and in WORKING CONDITION for any items that may need to be sent back to us. If they are unusable when returned, we will exchange it for a new unit, but will NOT refund the cost of your item.
Options for Return:
Please contact us at 844-OPENVAP (844-673-6827) if you would like to speak to a customer service representative to obtain a Return Authorization. Once we receive your item back, inspect it and deem it defective we will issue you a new battery. Or you can download the RA FORM by clicking HERE. Please print, fill out and send back with your return.
If the item you are trying to return or exchange is no longer being manufactured, out-of-stock or is no longer available for retail sale, O.penVAPE reserves the right to replace the product with another product similar in functionality to the product under warranty.
go.pen and go.pen Plus by O.penVAPE:
If you purchased a go.pen or go.pen Plus at a retail shop and your go.pen or go.pen Plus stops working within the first year due to faulty manufacturing, just bring it in with a proof of purchase. If the retailer has it in stock they willl simply replace the battery and you get to keep the rest. If they do not have your device in stock, please contact us at 844-OPENVAP (844-673-6827).

The following products are not available for return if not in the original, unopened packaging: go.pen, go.pen Plus, Dibber Dabbers, cartridges, O.penVAPE kits, or any other product intended to come into direct contact with essential oils. In the unlikely event of a return or exchange, we ask that you return the products to us at your own cost. Our return address is listed on our website, and you must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are returned to us undamaged in the original packaging.
If you have purchased your go.pen or go.pen Plus from www.openvape.com and experience any issues with your device, please contact us directly at 844-OPENVAP (844-673-6827). We offer a Lifetime Warranty and will replace the battery and mouthpiece if you have any issues at all. All you need to do is arrange to return it to us and we will send you a new battery and/or mouthpiece free of charge.
